CLUB AGM 2007 AND FANS FORUM
The Club held its Annual General Meeting on 6th December in the Trust Suite. This was followed by an open Fans Forum following the shareholders AGM had adjourned for the counting of a poll vote
At the Forum questions were asked of the management team and this forum was open to non shareholders. Both Peter Jackson and Neil McDonald answered questions on a huge range of issues both club and in the world of football in general. Their views on who the next England manager should be were interesting!
Other questions covered players possibly being signed in January and the situation regarding Danny Hone and Hamza Bencherif. A very frank session was thoroughly enjoyed by all those attending.
The AGM threw up one interesting item in which a Special Resolution was for the second year blocked by a number of shareholders. The implications of this for the club are in the area of future share sales. A more detailed report will follow in Trust news once the final details have been confirmed.
