The Lincoln City Supporters' Trust are delighted to announce that the bucket collection held in support of Peter Jackson and Macmillan Cancer Services during the recent Brentford game raised a whopping big £1,250.
The monies will be split between St James' Leeds, where Peter Jackson has been receiving treatment and the local branch of Macmillan Cancer Support based in Lincoln.
This amount of money does not include sponsorship from the firewalk which is still being collected.
Trust Chairman John Roddam commented that " I think the amount of this collection reflects the affection for both Peter Jackson to whom the supporters have really taken to and Macmillan whose wonderful services have touched many families".
Our thanks to Andy Townsend from the Trust, Gemma Dixon of Macmillan and James Lazenby of the Club for their sterling work in making it all possible.
