Steve Derbyshire - Newsletter Editor

I am a relatively recent convert having only moved, for employment reasons, to the area in 1996. However, I have always been a devotee of the beautiful game spending most weekends in my earlier life at the Molineux, home of Wolverhampton Wanderers, watching the likes of Derek Dougan, Mike Bailey and Steve Bull.

Having got to know Roy Noble, the Trust Secretary, through work he invited me along to an Imps game and from that moment on I have been a regular and for a number of years I have had a season ticket in the Echo Stand. 

I was delighted to be asked to join the Board of the Supporters’ Trust in 2007 as a co-opted member and I hope that my marketing and communication background will be of assistance in enhancing communications between members and the Trust and in widening knowledge of the work undertaken by the Trust to support the club and the local community.
